Career Consultant & Facilitator

I’m an international career strategist with experience in training and development, talent management, network building, senior-level recruitment and career coaching. I’m the Head of Career Development & Community Engagement at Highered Norway, connecting talent to leading global employers and opportunities, providing business schools and universities with career insights and engaging the EFMD Career Services network of 700 schools in 92 countries.

In parallel, as Co-Founder of M2 Development, I conduct trainings and seminars, specializing in career management, communications, effective networking, personal branding and executive presence. As a GetFive Certified Career Coach, I help executives reveal their full potential, develop their skills to take their careers to the next level and expand their sphere of influence by connecting them with the right people. Backed by more than 20 years of experience in higher education and business, I was Head of Careers & Alumni at Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece. On the corporate side, I worked for the executive search firm Egon Zehnder International.

My career focus has always been creating alliances and helping people connect, while my vision is to equip candidates with skills that lead to their personal and professional excellence. I blog on career-related topics in Greek, volunteer for Galilee Palliative Care Unit, Greece’s only hospice and am passionate about wine, especially Greek wine. I study it, travel the world to learn about it, and appreciate it with fellow wine lovers. Through the art of wine savoring, I have learned to savor life to the fullest.
